St. George Utah Temple
We have this framed print in our house - Terry
gave it to me for Mother's Day. I love it!

A few weeks ago Terry and I were able to go to the
temple and be sealed! It was a very special day for us all.
My good friend Emily's dad, President Bruce C. Hafen
(the new temple president), asked if he could do our sealing.
Um, let me think about that... YES, YOU CAN!
It was very touching, and very personal, since I've gotten to
know he and Sister Hafen over the years. He also knows
Terry's Grandpa McArthur and Uncle Tom, so he shared
some personal stories of his youth growing up in St. George.

After we were sealed we were able to have
Mason sealed to us too. I've looked forward to
this day since Mason was born, so it was
very dear to my heart to know he is a forever
part of our family now. He was a perfect angel
in the temple, and he said he wished we could
live there because he loved it so much.

I think the very best part of the day was that all
our kids were able to be there when Mason was sealed.
I didn't know that we would be sealed in the East room,
and that the kids would be able to go into the Celestial
Room! That was an amazing experience for them, one
that I hope they will always remember. Everyone there
felt our joy when the kids came in the room dressed
all in white. The spirit was so strong - there wasn't
a dry eye in the room, it was such a great feeling.
Thanks to all our family and friends that were
able to share the day with us!

There was lots of hugging going on that day!
I love this picture!

Delaney and Jackie share a red-headed hug too!
We were lucky to have Jackie here visiting from Alaska!

Kaylie, Kelsie, and Delaney
We're glad that Kaylie (our other daughter and family
photographer) could be with us too! She just got
engaged, so she'll be heading to the temple herself
in a few months!! Congratulations, Kaylie and Chris!!
Their true colors are showing...
Things started to get a little silly, but what else
is new with these girls? ha ha

Yes, and there was lots of kissing going on, too...
I think Mason was tired of that tie -
he was ready to get rid of it!
Afterward we went to Olive Garden for dinner.
We were so hungry - it was delicious!
Kelsie's friend was our waiter, poor guy, we
really gave him a run for his money! ha ha
We had a great time!!
