The Sunday after Christmas Mason gave a talk in Primary. Kennedie & Kierra helped him get his talk ready - it was about how families are special. He drew a picture of everyone (we all looked like lumpy potatoes), and he told what is special about each family member.
"Dad: takes me camping and gives me hugs. Mom: she takes care of me and gives me kisses. Kelsie: she's a nice sister and gives me piggy-back rides. Kalin: he plays with me and helps me. Delaney: helps me with my homework and lets me sleep in her room sometimes. Kennedie: plays games with me and helps me clean my room. Kierra: plays tag with me and reads me books. Me: I love my family and they love me." It was really cute and it was nice that we were all there to hear his talk.

Saturday after Christmas we went to Melinda's in Cedar for a family party. It was so COLD & SNOWY there! Yikes! And yes, another delicious dinner. This is pretty much what we did all day. It's very addictive - we are now seeking a 12-step program to help us deal with our "problem." The first step is
admitting you have a problem, you know. . .

We even got Mom in on the action! We always knew she was a
Rock Star at heart!

Mason couldn't go
FAST enough! The kids had SO much fun sledding while Kelsie, Delaney, Hayley & Katy went to the movie, and Terry, Kennedie & Kierra stayed at Melinda's to play RockBand.

We had a great time sledding! Melinda had a great time
dodging the sleds coming at her! Ha ha! I love my sisters - we have a blast together!

Friday in St. George we stopped by to visit Aunt Tiffany & LuLu. Uncle Dave was at work. We also saw Nana that day.
Christmas Day we surprised the kids and went to St. George! We played games, watched movies, ate WAY too much food, and stayed up WAY too late! The next day we all went shopping so the kids could buy their gifts for eachother.

It was really pretty to see the snow covered mountains behind the palm trees!
WHITE CHRISTMAS!
It was our year to have the kids for Christmas and we had a great time together! We went caroling and delivered treats to about 6 people that we knew were going to be alone for Christmas and don't have any family around. They were surprised to see us and were really happy we stopped by - and so were we!

The whole motley crew on Christmas morning.

Kalin and Delaney were
supposed to be peeling the potatoes for Christmas Eve dinner, not using the potatoes as weapons! It turned into a war - I think the potatoes won!
I love Delaney's potato peel hat! We had a really nice dinner with my parents, then we drove around and looked at lights.
