Trick-or-Treat!
This morning Mason and I set out for the kindergarten Halloween party extravaganza. We paraded to all the class rooms, walked to the bank for some candy, went to an assembly, and read a pirate story!
Here is Mason's kindergarten class. His teacher is Mrs. DeMille, she is a very patient woman.
So I think Mason might have a tiny crush on Nabbie Jane. He sure kept an eye on her, and teases her alot (that's how you know someone likes you), then pretended he didn't want to stand by her for a picture. She is absolutely darling!
After the kindergarten party, we met Terry and went to lunch together - Mason's choice: McDonald's. (If you look closely you can see that Mason cut his own hair-gotta love that!)
Our neighbors, the Szymanski's, invited us over for dinner before we went out to trick-or-treat. They had some great soups, chili, lots of other delicious food, and great company! We also discovered that Collin & Mason had the same costumes AGAIN this year - we seem to do that alot. Don't they make a cute pair of skeletons?
Then we took Dorothy, the Wizard, and the Skeleton trunk-or-treating! After the first stop Mason said "okay, I'm done, let's go home now." At least the girls enjoyed it. And it was so warm we didn't even need a jacket! Kelsie went to St George to "Thriller," and both Kalin & Delaney were hanging out with friends. Gotta enjoy these trick-or-treat years while we can!
