Pumpkins, Pictures & Sleepovers, oh my!

Today we had our Primary Program. Terry's parents came over and my mom came too (my dad is sick). The girls did great with their parts and the songs, Terry kept making them giggle up in the stands - they were really cute! Mason did his part really well but mostly just faked singing and sunk down in his chair the rest of the time. Of course having all our other kids laughing didn't help matters much, either. Mason had a teacher on both sides of him just to keep him in line. That boy is something else... This is what we did after that:We carved pumpkins, but this one was a little tough to carve, so Kennedie ended up making her pumpkin into a mummy instead.
Delaney made hers into Jack Skellington, it was really cute! I guess she thought she had to eat everything she killed. We took some family photos today. Here are just some silly ones... We went to several different locations and the kids were pretty good sports. A little comic relief helps! But we're not above bribery and threats, either, if need be.

The girls striking a pose. Very vogue, aren't we?
How the west was won.

He's so GQ, isn't he? And this pose looks so natural. Ha ha!
Here we are at the end of our fun (fun?) family picture day, Mason's face says it all...

Yes, another slumber party at our house. After making crafts at their mom's house, the girls all came to our house and had a sleep over with Hannah, Emily & Payton. It was a lot of fun!

The girls watched movies, ate tons of popcorn, and giggled a lot!

The girls helped me make german pancakes for breakfast the next morning. They all did pretty good cracking eggs, measuring, mixing, waiting for it to bake.... and, of course, EATING!!
