So my friend Sherie & I have this little tradition
that we've been doing for the past few years.
Each year we get together and head over
to St. George for a fun day of shopping,
going to dinner and maybe a movie (this
year we saw "Julie & Julia"), and oh yeah,
have mammograms & have things burned
off at the dermatologist. Woo-hoo!
Do we know how to have a good time or what?!
So this is a reminder - if you need to have any kind
of check-up that you've been putting off: DO IT!
It just makes it a lot more fun to take a friend!
And then just for fun, the next morning I
went and had my flu shot too!
