Ch-Ch-Changes...

We've been making a few changes at our

house over the past few months...

Kennedie & Kierra have a groovy

Hawaiian room! Complete with a boogy

board hanging on the wall.

They love that their beds are wearing a

grass skirt! Actually, the whole room

is wearing a grass skirt around the ceiling!

Delaney now has her favorite colors

in her room: teal & orange.

I thought those colors for paint may be too

vibrant, so we went with a cream sickle

orange and robin egg blue, with bright

stripes around the top of the walls.

(The colors look kind of weird in the

pictures, but they really do match.)

It looks so cute! And so "Delaney."

I love the racing stripes!
BEFORE:
Delaney & Kalin's bathroom has been
the blue, yellow & white
Rubber Ducky theme, and we
thought it was time for a change...
AFTER:
Now it's Spunky Monkey!
The walls are now an ocean blue & a straw
color that match the shower curtain.
I love the brown jungle feel -

kinda wild (like Kalin & Delaney ha ha).

I re-decorated the main bathroom upstairs, too,
using stuff I already had, but it feels new, too!
I'm doing a little re-do in me & Terry's
bathroom because I love this picture!
(My friend didn't sell it at her yard
sale so she gave it to me - thanks Staci!)
I searched EVERYWHERE for this color
of red rugs (not true red, not burgundy, not rust,

but kind of a red with a warm rust undertone -

Terry finally found them at Sears - thanks hun!),

got some red towels, and made an

arrangement for the countertop...
The bathroom's not quite finished yet...

I'm having my sister make some vinyl lettering for it,
but I love my new red bathroom!!


Kalin's been living with us since about March,
and has been wanting to mix it up in his room,
so maybe his room will be next...
