I love summer!

I love the colors of summer - blue sky, green grass, and all the colors of flowers!
Terry does a great job with the yard and I just wanted him

to know that I appreciate all his hard work! (He LOVES

yard work!!) Thanks, hun! Now that our plants have

matured a little, and we've replaced all the ones that were

eaten alive by deer, bunnies, and gophers, and they are

all so pretty!

Red Hot Pokers have always reminded me of when I was little and we'd come down to Kanab to visit my Grandpa Ford. He always had a copy of "Arizona Highways" magazine, and it seems there was always a picture of these on the cover. We got these from my parents.

The bloom on this yucca grew to almost 6 1/2 feet!
It grew so fast you could almost watch it grow!
